Yes. Xbox Series X, Series S and Xbox One consoles ship once declared with the serial number and receipt.
Special requirements
- Provide the serial number of the console
- Upload the purchase receipt or proof of purchase
- Sign out of your Microsoft account and reset the console
- Pack in the original box or with equivalent protection
