1. Our service

A A Abraham Ltd provides a personal-item forwarding service from the USA to Nigeria. We receive your packages at our USA warehouse, verify and record them, and forward them to Nigeria for delivery to you.

This is a personal-item forwarding service for non-commercial, personal or family use only. We do not act as a purchasing agent or gateway for goods bought from online retailers.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate identification and contact details during registration.
• You may only ship goods that you legally own and that are lawfully obtained.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all declared item information, including value and category.
• You must use an approved carrier (UPS or FedEx) when sending packages to our warehouse.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are set by our team based on weight, destination, and item category. Fees are confirmed after your shipment is received and verified. Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Prohibited items

Certain items are not accepted for shipping. Please see our Prohibited Items page for the full list.

5. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, submit prohibited items, or provide false information.

6. Changes to these terms
