Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for shipping fees paid to A A Abraham Ltd.

1. Cancellation before dispatch

If you cancel a shipment before it has been dispatched from our USA warehouse, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the shipping fee, less any handling or receiving charges already incurred.

2. After dispatch

Once a shipment has been dispatched to Nigeria, the shipping fee is generally non-refundable, as costs have been incurred for freight and handling.

3. Overpayments

If you have overpaid your shipping fee, the excess amount will be refunded or credited to your account once verified. Submit your payment reference through the Payments page so we can reconcile it.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your shipment number and payment reference. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval.

5. Non-refundable charges

Bank transfer fees, customs duties, and third-party carrier charges are non-refundable once incurred.
